Weight loss goal met: YES! The count from Sunday to today is 5.8 lbs. The reality is that by Wednesday I was down 4 lbs Water Weight. Still, a loss is a loss and I'll take it!
Deficit goal met: 6 out of 7 days, yes!
Personal goals met: I allowed myself that half-hearted workout on Friday due to being tired. Otherwise, Yes, I was active and accomplished my scheduled fitness needs.
