Weight loss goal met: No - somehow I've gained nearly 2 lbs. Look at my shared food tracker and you'll see it does make any logical sense. I'm not burning TOO many calories or not eating enough, so I cannot explain the gain. It's not TOM. Very frustrating.

Personal goals met: Yes, I worked in my fitness efforts consistently all week.
