Last week I started the week 0.5 pounds over my goal - so close!! I ended the week 2 pounds over goal, despite some pretty good deficits five of the seven days.

Start Weight: 2 pounds over goal
Weight loss goal for week: anything, but seeing that 1.5 spike go away would be great
Daily calorie deficit goal: 300+
Personal goals: exercise 3 times
