DEF GOAL MET: Nope short by exactly the Reese's Peanut Butter Cup that I ate at 8:00pm
PERSONAL GOALS MET: Yes, walked 3 miles instead running due extreme heat
COMMENTS: Dinner was different than I expected last night and then I ended up eating a Reese's...I can see it in my calorie count for sure!

COMMENTS: Didn't work out today...spent the evening with my mom on her actual birthday. Didn't watch what I ate as much either but did count everything!!!

PERSONAL GOALS MET: yes, ran Race for a Cure 5K in the morning and went dancing that night
COMMENTS: was my 17th wedding anniversary so alot of my calorie intake was alcohol...oh well I was celebrating...thank goodness for the good calorie burn!!!
Week Summary: It was a fairly good week overall but I still tend to fall off the wagon on the weekends!!!
