So... since we are on summer re-runs until the new season starts, I thought a ??? to keep us working on our goals (while they are taping the new episodes) would be good for all of our SP programs... We love sleuthing around and solving problems and watching our favorite characters be the heros... but our own program can be a distraction... sometimes we have to work extra hard, just to keep our focus and move forward in our personal race against the scale... so here is my ??? of the week...answer or comment as you wish! Ahhhh, the race is on! We are running this race against all the odds of 'slimdome'... our genetics and love of food work against us...but still we push on and we strive for that heretofore unseen number on the scale, or, to be able to fit into that "one little piece of skinny clothing" we saved for when we can say..."I have done it, I have reached my goal!"
Do you have a magic number on the scale, or is it something else that you have that will tell you "you have arrived!"? What is it that helps you to keep your eye on the "finish line"?
