You know the weight ticker/bar graph that you can decorate and have along the bottom of your SP page? I use mine to mark the days since I quit smoking. I love looking at it. It's very motivating. The idea that I might mess it up and smoke, NOOOO!!!! It's more motivating at this time in my life than weight loss. I feel myself getting better with each day that passes and I don't smoke. emoticon
