Okay PurpleLeally, You asked for it you got it.

This month we will be adding a fruit/veggie challenge to our goals. So come on folks and lets get going with eating those fruit/veggies!

eating enough fruits/vegs is my achilles heel so I would like to be motivated by that kinds of challenge

Lifestyle goals could be anything related to bettering yourself. For example, I have a personal goal to read a book a month. Or maybe something like learning a language, music or the like.

I am learning Italian and reading regularly.



You don't stop doing things because you get old--- you get old because you stop doing things!

Fruit & Veggies are always good. What kind of lifestyles goal were you thinking of?

Thanks for the subtle push! We really should have one or two more healthy goals.

How about 5 a day (fruit and veggies) as one and maybe one lifestyle type of goal.

Any ideas anyone?

I was wondering what our team would like to do for some goals? We are already doing a few, "Nordic Walking - Team Challenge 2009", and "Add a Goal". But is there something you may want to be working on??? Eat more fruit/veggies, drink more water, etc.????

What do you want to do??????
