To tell you the truth, because I have a faux Total Gym, I can't do those leg exercises on my machine. I use a seperate resistence band. If you can't figure it out though, I think some of our other members with TG brand machines know how to set it up.
Okay - this is my first time using your monthly workout. I reviewed each of the exercises and know how to set my machine up for all of them except the inner thigh one - will have to check that out as I could really use that kind of help :) Will check in tomorrow after I've done them tonight - yeah.

Thanks! I did most of the them last night, but I simply could not do the triceps extension. My bad elbow would not allow it! I have to be careful of the arm exercises because I have pinched nerve in my elbows. I go at the end of the month for an EMG on my left elbow.
This month's workout is a workout of opposites! Each exercise is followed by another one that works an opposing muscle. So, for instance, you'll work your abs then your lower back, your triceps then your biceps, inner then outer thighs, and finally your chest then your upper back! The workout is a little longer than normal, so work at your own pace and level.
