You can click on the picture of the Total Gym on the team homepage. This will take you to a website with a list and demos of a bunch of exercises. There is also a monthly workout posted each month in the Workouts and Challenges forum. Glad to have you on the team!
I own a Total Gym, but I lost the book with the exercises to do for all the muscle groups. Does anyone know where or how I can find one? I lost 25 lbs. a few years ago following that book. Now that I am motivated again, I'd like to start using it again.
