I like the list i have one at home with lost of workouts you can do.I use it all the time. I hope i can post here as well.

The list of exercises on the TG page is a list that represents all teh exercises you can do with the machine. So you won't do them all at once. You can pick one or two from each group to put together a routine. I usually pick one exercise for each muscle group for a total of 6 exercises for the routines that I post on the monthly challenges forum.

I WENT ON TG WEB PAGES AND THEY HAD LIST ABOUT 10 MOVES TO DO FOR EACH MUSCLES AND TOTAL BODY I DO ABOUT 2 MOVES FOR EACH MUSCLES 10 EACH 3 SETS MON. WED. FRI. IS THAT ENOUGH ON MY TG BECAUSE I WANT TO LOSE SOME WEIGHT I DON'T WANT TO GET BULK.

Hey Jim, HAppy New Year!
I think the book you refer to is the one I called the spiral book. On my TG, it fits into a holder on the top of the stand. When I'm not using Pamelasuzanne's challenges, I do the intermediate for women, and really like them. Sometimes I add them back to the ones she suggests as well. BUT, the intermediate is for all muscle groups, and they suggest every 2 days, I keep thinking about going to days of upper only and lower only, but I never seem to stick to the plan. Maybe I should just make sure I do SOMETHING! LOL

Hi Leah..LOL...Do I do these every day!!! I wish. I'm trying to get back to a regular schedule. I've had these on my page for a while, but I just don't follow my own plan..shame on me.

I ran across the origial book for my TG1000 yesterday. When I got to looking at it, I realized it really breaks down the body into different sections and days for beginners to advanced, men and women. It explains over 60 different exercises. It also groups them into specific sports programs. It explains the different inclines and the associated percentage of YOUR weight.

I highly suggest getting one if you can.

Hi Jim, glad to see you!
Do you do all of those everyday? If not, what is your schedule? I wanted to move to a 6 day workout plan and split the upper and lower, which sounds easy, but I do squats to warm up and the next thing I know, I'm doing too much of one or the other to have a really good "split" plan.
I'm trying to get hubby to join me in 2009, so maybe that will give me more structure. Thanks, Leah
