I suggest doing an exercise video. That's what I have been doing. Just 10 or 20 minutes out of your day.

Try waking up a few minutes early and doing some stretching, crunchies, pushups etc. Just a short workout to get your day going and it won't cut into your day too much. I know it's killer to have to wake up earlier than you need to, but it's a simple solution that might just work!

So, I've made a routine to go to the gym three times a week, tuesday, thursday, and saturday. However, today I am not able to go because I have a huge biology final, and my monday, wed, fridays are all packed with student activities. I'm trying not to be too hard on myself, but I don't want to get in the habit of not going to the gym.
