hi, well i usually eat more when i´m studying because i don´t pay much atention of how much and what am i eating but you could bring your own snacks to the study group and eat only that....I hope that it works for you (sorry for the english by the way)
Hi everyone, I have a huge PROBLEM! I am a nursing student, so I have study groups usually on the weekends. twice some times three times a month. Well since I HAVE started these study groups I cant stay on track does anyone have any suggestions on what to do Thank you for your help and all advice is welcome
