you can't spot train to get rid of fat in certain places. The fat comes off where it chooses.
I too recommend doing full body work outs, but also through in some cardio 3 days a week for 30 min.
I know this seems alot so slowly change your lifestyle to include exercise

Does anyone have any full body workout suggestions?

My advice is to do a full body workout at least three times a week, as well as cardio. And if you don't already do so, track your calories! Good luck and don't give up.

I just started focusing on my nutritional care. I definitely overeat every other day, although I am hoping it was worse then, so I can say I am getting better now.

I go to the gym and work out on my thighs, specifically. I have quite a bit of fat there.

Recently I noticed my arms gained a lot of extra fat on them and I don't know why.

If someone could tell me why that'd be great. Otherwise I feel so depressed, confused, and worthless knowing I made yet another mistake with my body.
