you can't spot train to get rid of fat in certain places. The fat comes off where it chooses. I too recommend doing full body work outs, but also through in some cardio 3 days a week for 30 min. I know this seems alot so slowly change your lifestyle to include exercise

My advice is to do a full body workout at least three times a week, as well as cardio. And if you don't already do so, track your calories! Good luck and don't give up.
