This is a basic group contribution challenge whereby when each person loses a little weight, they subtract it from the total and put the new total down (check math, though, please)
Just put down whatever you lost since your last weigh-in (starting from MAY 15TH--since most would be done with finals by now). As time goes on, put in the amounts you lose, whether you weigh daily or weekly. Make sure to have all totals down so we know how far we've come in a certain amount of time.
If you gained instead, don't add anything--we're focusing on the positive, the losses (boy that's confusing!). Starts today if you wish!
I'll start it, with the amount i've lost today, may 16th, since yesterday, May 15th:
Total: 2011 pounds lost: 0.6 new total: 2010.4
and just keep it going like that. The best to everyone! Together we can lose 2011 pounds (and more, besides)--after all, there're over 100,000 of us that can participate in this group!
Goal goes from May 15th to August 15th, 2011 pounds for us to lose by then. Have fun!
