I think my boyfriend says that to me every time we go running or doing any sort of exercise.
I am starting to lose my 40lbs and something so simple as "tightening your stomaching" just isn't so simple to me!
When I'm running I just simply don't remember to go ahead and "tighten" it and when I do tighten it, it starts to hurt rather quickly.
Do I need to tighten my stomach, at this stage in the game?
Any tips about this?
