I just started working out (well.. I've started a bunch of times, this is the first time I'm serious with it though lol) and I stay motivated by having small goals and then one big goal. Small goals seem SO much easier to obtain and slowly my last small goal will be what my final goal is!

I finally brought some books. In fact I brought three! I got the spark book, jackie warner this is why you are fat, and the g free diet. I was curious about gluten free foods and how that all works.

I decided that I am going to start reading a fitness book. Those things always help me to stay on track. Not sure which book I wanna buy yet.

You sound like me in a way. I mean going to school and working is so much harder than anyone could ever think. I started with 10 mintues a day and will porbably get to where you are now. I don't want to lie etheir. Wish I had more time in a day sometimes.

actually trying to get back to it--in my success networking team at school, i put 30 minutes of exercise every day as one of my main goals--i don't wanna make a liar out of myself now (and i'm finally figuring out things with my schedule to try and get all this stuff i've got done...planning after rehearsals and video editing this weekend, but will do some little exercises here and there the next few days)

i chant to myself "20 more pounds! 20 more pounds!"

My total goal weight to lose is about 60 pounds xD. But for the next three months, I want to lose 20 pounds (taking it slow! :) )

so if you take little steps, and just say "__ more pounds! __ more pounds!" it reminds you not to be lazy, and get yourself to the gym :)

And i figure if i keep chanting that, then I will keep working out throughout this year xD

i hope that helps!

what are you doing to stay motivated?
