i chant to myself "20 more pounds! 20 more pounds!"
My total goal weight to lose is about 60 pounds xD. But for the next three months, I want to lose 20 pounds (taking it slow! :) )
so if you take little steps, and just say "__ more pounds! __ more pounds!" it reminds you not to be lazy, and get yourself to the gym :)
And i figure if i keep chanting that, then I will keep working out throughout this year xD
