hey don't feel bad...or worse...but that little bit is enough to help some. you don't wanna overdo it while you're ill--you're ill. if your body isn't up to it while you're actually sick (instead of trying to talk yourself out of it--that's my typical malady), then don't exercise. take time to relax and rest your body, and maybe do some yoga or light stretching if you're really worried about it.
if you're up to exercise, do it light--going full steam might make you disoriented and hurt yourself. get better and drink lots of hot liquids and good hot tea or soup (mmm...that's my vice). be good.

I've was just feeling miseralbe today with my sinus' and I was wandering if I should work out when I am sick. I was supposed to start doing homework today and what ended up happening was I ended up sitting on the couch feeling miseralbe all day.
I did finally get to work out for 20 minutes but I reduced the incline to absolutely nothing because it seemed last week that I overtrained my muscles so badly that I had to take the weekend off.
