hey don't feel bad...or worse...but that little bit is enough to help some. you don't wanna overdo it while you're ill--you're ill. if your body isn't up to it while you're actually sick (instead of trying to talk yourself out of it--that's my typical malady), then don't exercise. take time to relax and rest your body, and maybe do some yoga or light stretching if you're really worried about it.
if you're up to exercise, do it light--going full steam might make you disoriented and hurt yourself. get better and drink lots of hot liquids and good hot tea or soup (mmm...that's my vice). be good.
