So I'm having trouble figuring out what to do when I'm at the gym I just kind of do whatever comes to mind when I'm working out. I think it would be more beneficial to go to the gym with a set workout so I know what to do and don't just do random things until I'm tired haha
So I want to see what other people do for their workout routine such as exercises, reps, etc so I can form some sort of plan for when I go to the gym.
