Hey guys!
I am a senior at UNC-Chapel Hill, loving the school and the people I met there! I am a biology major so definitely know what it feels like to be too busy to exercise, eat healthy ,etc. So, what has been working for me is home workout programs: can do it in the comfort of your room, apartment, living room at your dorm, etc. Plus it is nice especially in the beginning when I wasn't very comfortable going to the myself...looking kind of foolish...So yeah I bet you guys saw this on infomercials, etc. But dude it WORKS! Challenges you and gets you healthier and healthier, plus it has lots of various exercises, lifting, kenpo(martial arts), plyometrics (jump training), Yoga, Ab ripper, etc. Don't believe me, look for yourself guys!, go under exercise programs and hit P90X!
Really love it, and I am also doing one meal replacement and getting sooo much nutrients in one shake, shakeology. Enough nutrients in a fresh salad with lots of different vegggies...but tastes like a dessert. Dude, who wouldn't love that!
So, being a skeptic before I really am impressed with what Team Beachbody is doing, not just with these two programs, but with others they have as well, which is why I committed to becoming a team beachbody coach even before finishing college. This is not saying I am already ripped and everything, but I just wanted to share this because I know it is so hard to be fit and healthy while at school, and finding this was a great breakthrough start for me.
