I love the cool down walk after a run. Its my victory dance. You can feel your muscles, everything is warm, and the endorphins are flowing. Nothing else like it. Walking on clouds is really an accurate description. You are happy, you feel good, and you look good. Nothing in the world can replace that feeling.
Well today was the first time i REALLY worked out (intensely) in a VERY long time, and i have to say, i feel awesome!!! i also drank a ton of water today (on my 3rd liter) and im sure thats helping too! no food or drink makes u feel as good as a workout does!.... ok ok ok, my long islands are good, just not AS good as a workout lol
