kettlenetics is worthless is you want to use kettlebells. that little tiny weight is not heavy enough to work anything and all of the moves are just dancing. If you really want to train with kettlebells, go to dragondoor.com or artofstrength.com and learn some more about an actual kettlebell workout. don't waste you $$ on kettlenetics. Of course that is only my opinion....8)

hey guys! while somewhat out of college I am just getting into kettlebells and want to have a forum for them. I have been using them for a while now and I love them! I have been folowing the RKC (russian kettlebell club) protocols in Enter the Kettlebell book and video. I have been surfing and looking at many different workouts and have decided to stay with the RKC because they brought the kettlebell back to America! another good website is the artofstrength.com. The guy who runs that is RKC certified as well and has some good simple workouts. I like kettlebells so much because they are not complex and do not require special talent. besides, I want to be able to kick up heavy things. Has anyone tried the USSS snatch test lately? I am scheduling myself for next week to do it again. the first time I got 138 reps in the 10 minutes. When I hit 200 it's time for a heavier bell!
Keep on swinging

What DVDs are you all using? I may order the kettlenetics program on TV but will get from Amazon.com.

Isn't it funny how all of a sudden you can look down at your stomach and wonder to yourself, "Who put that there"?
