SeaHawk, I take it you live in seattle??? 24hr is generally a good gym. I belong to 24hr in california and love the ammenities at mine. It really depends on what you are looking for in a gym. I have mine close to home, has plenty of cardio equipment, plenty of weights, a pool, and a dry sauna. I use most of it but not all of it. If you are looking for a work out buddy in your area, check out the local connections over in the regular area of the message boards. I don't remember the name of the message board but you can find it fairly easy, look for something that shows local connections or local something in the heading, find your state or area and there you will find people from around you. Sounds really confusing but once you get there you will understand.
Welcome to the team!! Let me know if you need anything.

"The beauty of the Gospel message is not that we shall not suffer, but rather that regardless of the level and intensity of our suffering, God is always there by our side, and will always give us the strength to stand and not fail. In fact I would go as far as to say that the most effective witness to the lost, is the life of a suffering Christian, that overflows with joy, peace and love, rather than bitterness and self-pity.
