We have a new Zumba class at my school. I didn't even know what it was, but I just checked it out on YouTube and that does look like a lot of fun. I'll have to see if I can fit that into my schedule this semester. I'm planning on trying out our step aerobics class tonight.
Zumba is by far my favorite, but my school offers all kinds, like spinning and hip hop, even Hoopla, which I am too scared to try (aerobic hula hooping).
Minigoal: 10% of my body weight by Christmas.
Goals: 145: Mani/pedi (especially as I just stopped biting my nails) 135: Navel ring (my dad will be so pleased) 125: Some new clothes (I don't have any left that are that small) 115: (by my birthday, April 13) The satisfaction that I finally took off that "last five pounds" I had before I gained 35 more.
Yeah, I started doing them too. They're free here and fun to attend. Better than working out alone. I wanted to try kickboxing, but I'm busy during those times.

That is such a good idea.. My gym on campuse offers classes throughout the week, I just need to get used to the times and fit it into my schedule.. I can't wait to start making progress again.. It seems that with my schedule I only get a chance to put in a 100% effort on the weekends, but at least that is something.. Keep up the good work

Goal: run 30 minutes every other day
Goal: 25/25/25 (pushups/crunches/squats) every day
I started going to aerobic classes at school and I love them! On Tuesday I did kick boxing, Wednesday and today I did turbo-kick. I find that the aerobic classes are very motivating and you burn a lot of calories. My goal is to attend one class at least four times per week, for this semester. I look forward to body blast tomorrow!
