I highly recommend getting wii! It is a great way to exercise especially if you live in a cold environment. Just if you get make sure you use it!! Put it into your daying routine.

I did hula hoop and running today with my Wii Fit, and I feel so good after that. I really love it.

I love my wii! I have both wii fit and the new wii active and it's great! I think that for anyone who likes wii fit they should definately get wii active because the excersizes flow into one another rather than picking one after another so it's faster and I felt that I got a better workout from it.

I have the Wii Fit and the Wii Active. The Active tends to get me sweating a big more than the Fit but I like the Fit for strength training and yoga. I still do some of the aerobic exercises on the Fit. I'm currently doing the 30 day challenge on the Active. Is any one else doing it??

I use the Wii fit when I'm supposed to be doing my lab reports... It's fun but you can't get a proper work out from it. The only exercises that get me sweating/sore on there are the rhythm boxing super advanced (10mins) and the jacknife challenge. I suppose it's an ok workout for people who are just starting to exercise, otherwise it's just a bit of fun.

Sticks & stones may break my bones, but whips & chains excite me.

I love my roommate's Wii Fit! I want to get one of my own! I have been using it everyday for two weeks and have all the games/poses unlocked. I feel like it is not the most intense workout ever but I really like to use the yoga on it because I feel like I can really tell if I am doing the poses correctly. It is for sure better than nothing!

I got the Wii as a gift from a good friend for my bday. I went out and bought the Wii Fit with some bday money I got from my father. After using it the very first time I was SUPER sore for at least a couple of days. It's a good workout but not something that's going to make you sweat bullets. I bought Gold Gym's Cardio Workout on the side(it's compatible with the balance board but you don't HAVE to use it if you don't want or don't have it) and it definitely is more fast paced and probably makes you burn way more(it's mostly kickboxing based). I combine together to do what I feel is a full work out. I can't wait to get the EA Active and I'm also contemplating whether I should get the Jillian Michael's one too or not(I heard it's super hard and she's not my favorite person so IDK, it's a maybe...).

I absolutely love the wii fit! It's really great.

I have really wondered if I could just use it every day with a little walking if I would see the same results as going to the gym.

Maybe the only drawback would be not using weights.

I guess my mind goes to if I get where I want body-wise using the wii would keep you there with moderate activity.

It is worth the money even for weekend fun emoticon

Wii Fit is wonderful.
I do the 30 min. run almost daily and I try to do a hula hoop session every other day. The yoga is really nice and the strength training is a great challenge too. Very fun!

Oh my word, I'm back from school and have been using the Wii Fit for just two days, and it's amazing. I love the hula hoop workout, the running workout, and the yoga. I feel like making sure your balance is correct is very helpful with the yoga poses.

I don't have one but I have heard great things about them. I asked for one for my birthday so hopefully I will get one. I used the wii sports at a friends house and after playing the boxing game for 2 hours my arms were sure sore the next day!

My goodness, yesterday I went for an hour and a half on the wii fit. I didn't even realize it. Now all my friends in my hall hear it and they come down to my room to see if they can use it. I love it.

The people I babysit for have a Wii fit, and I think it's a lot of fun, though I wouldn't really call it a good workout. Moderate, at the most.

I don't have a Wii either, but would definitely check out that game if I did. I love to play DDR. Between me and my roommates, we have 7 PS2 versions of DDR. The other PS2 game mentioned earlier sounds interesting. I might have to check that out.

You get the game disc and the Wii Balance Board when you buy it. The Balance Board has four censors in it (each corner) that measures how much pressure is being put on it. It basically helps you figure out your center of balance, and has a bunch of exercises, yoga poses, and little games to play. I think it's super fun, and I can't wait to bring it to school with me.

I recently bought Wii Fit, and so far I really like it. I know my housemates will be anxious to try it when I get back on-campus. With any luck, it'll keep us all a little bit better on-track about exercising.
Does anybody else have Wii Fit and plan on bringing it along with them?
