Any Side Workouts (resisting minutes at a time), even though they do work!

Holding the Plank position for more than 2 minutes! Ouch!

For strength? Forward lunges hurt my knees! It's a new development. I used to really love them.

For cardio...probably swimming. I love the idea but when my feet can't touch the bottom SWEET JESUS I AM DROWNING I WILL DIE HERE I CANNOT BREATHE. when did my arms get so weak fdsklafjsdafn

I have never liked the jarring of jumping jacks. However, I suppose I have to develop a liking for them since a lot of videos have some form of this exercise.

I really HATE treadmills. All I do is stare at the time/my distance and it seems like it drags on FOREVER. I'd much rather run outside, but it's hard in the winter when you live in New York and hate the cold.

Push ups also suck, but I'm getting better at them. I used to struggle doing one (regular, not modified) but now I can do maybe 4 or 5 before I collapse on the floor.

Push ups. I'm hideously awkward, and can't do them properly to save my life. Last time I attempted them I hurt my shoulder pretty badly and was off for a few weeks

i dislike the elliptical....i would much prefer to do the stair master or run. The elliptical just makes my hip flexor muscle achy and sore.

haha. This is a great topic. I very much dislike running outdoors. I've managed to run a few miles on the treadmill somewhat frequently, but it's just so much more difficult outside for me. I seriously run for thirty seconds and I'm ready to stop.

I love the elliptical and almost every other cardio exercise, but long-distance running triggers my asthma. I've always been somewhat incapable of push-ups. I have weak, skinny arms (in proportion to the rest of me), and non-modified push-ups are just too hard.

Lunges. I only do them because they are one of the most effective exercises that you can do for the lower body. I guess that's why they burn so much!

Running. My boyfriend was ex-navy and tries to get me to go with him, but i truly don't like it. He even tries to make me keep up with him and all i can think of is, 'YOU ARE LUCKY I'M EVEN RUNNING!!'. then he tries to outlap me, UGH. yea, so running. I hate the jiggling boobs and the short breath, and you can't stop right when you want to, you haveto keep on until you get back where you started! I'm building endurance, though. :)

Sit-ups. On just about any other exercise, no matter what the burn or the pain level is, I can power through it, but when I do sit-ups, my pelvis cracks, snaps and pops, no matter how I try to cushion it. It hurts and drives me insane

I can hardly bear the stationary bike. When I couldn't run owing to injury, I thought "biking is the next best thing!" UHG! I hate it. I feel like I'm not working at all (probably owing to the sitting down) and I have to go sooooo long to get an equivalent cardio workout to a long-run. Very boring. I took a spinning class once too. It was intense (lots of sweat) but I hated having a guy scream at me "PUSH IT PUSH IT PUSH IT!!!" Not to mention the plethora of women that looked like twigs and treated the workout like a walk in the park(and showed it off). :P

Suicide sprints and running. My knees are really screwed up, and running/jogging hurts a lot. I play rugby, so I end up running a lot, but its in short bursts, which is better than long distance.

I hate push-ups and running. My chest is weak and I don't have any endurance. I just do the push-ups anyway but I don't run. It hurts the twins.

I hate getting on the treadmill. I'm not a huge fan of running in general, but with a treadmill, it's even more boring. Unfortunately, because of this unpredictable Canadian weather (especially in the winter), I have to use my treadmill quite a bit.

Focus on progress, not perfection. xx

My least favorite is typically strength training exercises.

Namely,

Lunges
Incline Pushups
Bent-Knee Hip Raise - It's still kinda difficult to do.

And like someone else said, any ab workout brings that burning alone with it. Getting use to it, but I don't care for it.

OMG! So I am not going to lie although I love the results I hate it all, after a while I get bored and its not fun, so I always change up routine and how I do everything. But I would have to say my least favorite is any ab workouts, after a while that burn and that pain in my ab area is too much to handle..
