Snack on veggies! Cut up some bell peppers, carrots, cucumbers, etc to munch on. Or do something else with your hands, like crafts (I've been crocheting since I was 7 or 8 so ALLLL last winter I crocheted and made a huge blanket for my mom while watching TV). Maybe do your strength training while you watch your favorite shows. Or don't watch as much TV! (Easier said than done, I know haha)

I try very hard to not eat in front of the TV...it's a lot harder than it sounds. I feel as though I need to do something while sitting there, and eating has been my only solution! Please help!
