I totally know what you mean. I'm a complete child when it comes to food. I've found that mixing my favorite foods in with stuff I don't like too much helps me keep a balance. Rivitas are healthy, with low fat cheese spread and salami it tastes good! I don't really like any veg, but if I mash some carrot or parsnip in with my potato and add some garlic/chilli/onions, it makes it easier to get the stuff that's good for you :)

I used to be really picky too, but I got over it once I realized how many healthy foods I was missing out on. What foods do you like? Can you make yourself a healthy alternative? Have you tried browsing through recipes at SparkRecipes?
I'm an extremely picky eater, it's not that I don't try new food. I just don't seem to like anything, and its the hardest part of eating right for me. I just end up binging on fast food! I was wondering if anyone had an meal ideas? and I hate the cafe food at my school
