One of my biggest downfalls is I'm a serial snacker.. I'll eat a little bite here or there right out of the box and then have no idea how much I've actually consumed.
Well tonight is a victory for me! I'm just a few days back on the health wagon and when I got home from grocery shopping I did something I've never done. .. I love chips so I got some PopChips and seperated them into portion sized ziplocks! I would have never thought of it until I read the idea on Spark. I also made my husband & I lunches for tomorrow and am amazed at how much food I can have with restricted calories if I chose the right ones.
