The ziplock baggies are a great idea! I'm a "serial snacker" as well and this would really help me, thanks!

Ohh, what a good idea! I would have never thought to do that! I am also a snacker. I just love to sit in front of the TV and snack away. Now I am totally going to do what you did and put them in portion controlled baggies! Thanks for posting that!

One of my biggest downfalls is I'm a serial snacker.. I'll eat a little bite here or there right out of the box and then have no idea how much I've actually consumed.

Well tonight is a victory for me! I'm just a few days back on the health wagon and when I got home from grocery shopping I did something I've never done. .. I love chips so I got some PopChips and seperated them into portion sized ziplocks! I would have never thought of it until I read the idea on Spark. I also made my husband & I lunches for tomorrow and am amazed at how much food I can have with restricted calories if I chose the right ones.

Thankful to be back here & to all of you for your inspiration :D

I can do everything through him who gives me strength. Philippians 4:13
