I don't have much time for breakfast so some things I go for are:

-Better Oats Oatmeal, add water & microwave 160 calories
-Smoothie, 1/2 c frozen fruit, 1/2 ice, 1/4 OJ, 1/4 water, 1/2 scoop protein powder 200 calories
-Whole wheat english muffin & 1T Dark chocolate dreams peanut butter 200 calories
-A piece of fruit
-Kashi Golean cereal with 1/2% milk 190 calories
-Cliff protein bars 270 calories

Just some suggestions, hope this helps!!

I am going to make an effort to incorporate breakfast into my diet; I am looking for suggestions. What are some healthy, quick-fix/on the go breakfast ideas that you have? Thanks!
