i like all alcohol besides beer and gin, and if you want something simple like a coke and rum, you could always ask them if they have diet soda they can sub into it. wine , if you are a wine drinker, is a good option, its normally pretty cheap and red wine in moderation is actually good for the heart. I used to drink Budweiser but now I drink Michelob Ultra every time I go out now(Rarer now that I'm attempting to lose weight). But for comparison Budweiser is 140 Calories a 12oz beer compared to 95 calories for a Michelob Ultra. So saving almost 50 calories per beer. Budlight is 110. But I'd suggest just not drinking as much and as often.

That is a good question. I am not a big drinker but I heard light beer and tonic is good to drink if you are on a healthy lifestyle change with your eating. I can not remember the other drinks. I think they said cranberry is good as well as that one with tomato in it. Hope I helped a little.

Hey college people!
I need some help. What can I drink, besides sodas and water, when I go out to a bar with friends? I don't want to be the odd one out...
