That is a fantastic question! Some of my favorite snack include the 100 calorie packs from nabisco, I also enjoy eating granola bars (if you have a costco located close to you they have a fantastic selection of bars for a great price!). When it comes to snacking of fruits and veggies it seems like it is easier to cut up your produce and put it into plastic bags (makes it super easy to grab and go). I am sure cutting out the alcohol will make a major improvement in your life! I has greatly helped mine! Good luck to you on your journey with snacking!
So most of us here understand that we're on that "college budget" and we live on Ramen Noodles, Pop Tarts, and Cereal. (I mean, who said Frosted Flakes wasn't a filling dinner!!? LOL) But I have a problem with the snacking! I'm exercising and starting to get the eating and portions down even cut out the excessive alcohol (lol), but the issues are inbetween or the late night meals. (You know our sleeping schedules aren't the greatest, let's be honest!) I just always want the chips, ice cream and whatever else had the "buy one, get one" at the supermarket that's geared just for people like me.
What snacks do you guys eat that are good, not expensive, and help with those cravings? I was thinking Bananas and those 80 Calorie Chewy bars? I'm not sure..
