I work full-time, go to school full-time, and try to get 4-5 workouts in a week.
I work on school work during my breaks at work, and try to do my class reading at the gym (while bike riding or on the eliptical). I almost never go to the gym alone, I bring at least one friend, and once a week all my girlfriends and I get together for a Latin Heat class at our gym (workout+girls night in one!)
I bring my lunch everyday, but if I forget, I will only go to Subway. But I also keep some emergency food in my bag and car. Some wheat thins or dried fruit and almonds in my bag and a box of Special K meal bars in my car for hunger emergencies.
I also bought one of the big balance balls to sit on at work so that I'm getting a workout during the day! I hope some of this helped!
