I am trying to compile a list of nutritious and low calorie smoothie, shake, and sorbet recipes so that when I get my wisdom teeth out in a month I won't ruin my diet by stuffing my face full of ice cream every time I'm hungry - appealing as that sounds right now. What are your favourite recipes? I would be especially interested in smoothies made with silken tofu or any other protein source. Let me know guys! THANKS :D
