I'd suggest bringing along fresh fruits and veggies and protein/cereal bars when you can. Most chain restaurants have plenty of nutritional info on their websites, so you can check those out and find the healthiest options in advance. Sandwich places sometimes have good deals on large items like a $5 dollar footlong. It's a good price, as long as you don't eat a whole footlong as one meal! Have half, or the amount you're hungry for and save the rest for later.

Another thing is i work @ the airport so i cant really bring anything from home and all we have here is McDonalds, a pizza place and a quiznos.
