Okay, so I'm one of *those* people who is never content unless they're in three different places at once.
Seriously. 5 upper division paper-based classes, working 7 hours a week, participating in a club sport and active in *another* club, plus having bad roommates and needing to prep for my senior thesis next year ......................
How do you guys balance stress and trying to lose weight? I feel like it just gets lost in the equation, you know? Any advice for de-stressing before that and the weight join forces?
