I have the same problem, but I haven't found that to be an option. I just try my best to stay away from the questionable food items where I can't tell how much grease/sugar/sodium is in it. I stick to fruits and veggies, salads, sandwiches/wraps, and healthy breakfast items:none of those tempting baked goods . The best thing you can do is log what you ate for your meal after you eat it so you can see how many calories and things you have left for the rest of the day. Yea, college meal plans suck.
to change your diet on Sparkpeople to reflect the fact that you are a college student using a meal plan? that limits the types of food you can have, and sometimes some students (like myself) don't have the money, time or resources (like a stove) to go shopping.
