What helped me was actually not even thinking about meals at all. If you keep yourself active, and make good choices with the foods that you choose, you will find that if you only eat when you get hungry, and not when you are just stressing out about other things, that you are pretty much eating all day long.
Personally I don't count my meals, but I would say that I eat more often than most of my peers, and that the amount of food I eat at each time is much less than most of my peers.

I just wanted to see if people wanted to share what they would eat on a typical day. Personally it's hard for me to eat 5 to 6 smalls meals at college but I'm trying my best to at least go to the cafeteria twice and pick out good food. What do you guys eat and when?
