Have you tried measuring your progress by how well your clothes fit? If even that's not changing, then maybe you need to switch up your exercise routine. I know when I got back to school three weeks ago, I got stuck at a plateau that I just got out of this week. It took me awhile to get used to being back at school before I could really start focusing on eating and exercising more. Also, now that our gym's open, I have a lot more options and it's easier. I also found that I wasn't eating enough. When I upped my calories to the higher end of my range, my scale started to go lower. That may be something to look into. Give yourself some time and try switching up your routine... you'll be amazed what it does.

Hi everyone! So this is my first real post, so bear with me...lol I'm at that point where you reach that plateau, and nothing is changing. At all. During the summer I work at a ranch where I am working very vigorously for at least 12 hours a day. Then I come back to school, and it's the gym and sprinting to class. I am just so frustrated because obviously during the summer I was getting in better shape, and now my body's like :"Um, yeah, what's metabolism?" I eat well and in moderation, exercise, hydrate, all that jazz. It is just really depressing b/c I want to change, and I'm working so hard to, and nothing's happening. Any words of wisdom??
