I don't just pack snacks - I pack my whole lunch! I try to pack healthy foods, and enough that I know I won't go hungry (most days I bring some back home with me).
Pick stuff that is easy to pack up like sandwiches, grapes, apples....sometimes I bring dry Cheerios or something similar to fight the munchies. And bring your own drink - preferably water - to curb the juices!
At first it was kind of annoying carrying around food, but I got used to it pretty quick and really prefer it.
TIP: I bought a big cheap purse so I can fit my lunch right into it. For me, it was easier to just have a bigger purse than an additional lunch bag to carry around!

That and the cafeteria are killing my weight loss and my wallet. There are so many vending machines that temptation is always there. If I take my own snacks I end up drinking my cals with juices. any suggestions?
