i love the raspberry and balsamic vinagrette dressings I add a very little bit og goat cheese ( for calcium) and some cranberries and pine nuts its soo good I will miss the salad bar thats at school since its summer but I am exercising more on my home gym. Hopefully I will tone up by fall, always good to look and feel good for a new school year!
WHEN I AM AT WORK I EAT NOTHING WITH ENRICHED FLOUR... HIGH SUGAR.. OR FRIED. THIS MAKES MY LIMITATIONS SLIM. SO NO PASTA UNLESS THEY HAVE WHEAT.. AND I WONDER IF IT IS WHOLE WHEAT (NOT SURE) BUT WE DON'T HAVE THAT OPTION EVERYDAY. I WILL EAT OUR STIR FRY WITHOUT OR WITH VERY LITTLE SAUCE.. WE USE CANOLA OIL IN OUR STIR FRIES. NOT MUCH ON THE BREAKFAST MENU... I EAT EGG WHITES AND FRUIT MOSTLY. I STICK TO BALSAMIC DRESSING OR RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE ON MY SALADS. MY FAVORITE SALAD HAS BECOME SPINACH WITH STRAWBERRIES A LITTLE COTTAGE CHEESE AND RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE DRESSING.
