Hi, i have the same problems too.. but really.. cooking in so easy, and cooking healthy is just as easy, people dont because they dont think it taste good. eggs breakfast, a lite chikcen/turkey sub or chicken salad and for dinner, some fish or lean protein with veggies.. sauteed veggies are my favorite. Good luck
