These last 2 days I seem to have been seeking out food that is awful for me. Ive had about 5 mini milk dud boxes, bourbon chicken at lunch, last night dinner was GOD awful and I attribute all of that to my stress levels this week. So much for overcoming emotional eating :(

Sometimes I just want home cooking =( At Christmas, it's my grandmas mince pies, and my mums honey glazed carrots (somehow she managed to make vegetables unhealthy and I love it) in the evenings, when I want comfort food, I want cowboy pie and ginger cake...Gosh it makes me homesick!
