Yeah I think it is definitely hard to get back into the groove of things espcially when you have made school your home.. What sucks is you have your routine you have created that life and then you get thrown into the one that caused all the problems in the first place..But here is what I say to you.. start fresh tomorrow.. do not worry about today take it step by step and really try and come up with a plan that works.. best of luck to you..You can do it..

So I've only been home from school for two days and I have just been stuffing my face! I feel so gross, it sucks. I'm sick and just went on antibiotics but I cant work out yet! Now that Im home Im always around food and theres just so much junk in the house.. at school I keep nothing in my room to munch on. I told myself I was going to get back on track today but I totally didnt... Im so bad at resisting temptation. Is anyone else dealing with this? I really dont want to gain holiday weight! Any suggestions on how to learn some self control?
