Since I have been packing for schools and putting things in boxes for my own snacks. I have more..lol. Fruit bars, fruit cups, apple parfart cups (it's by doll).
Kashi TLC or Fiber One Bars, All-Bran crackers, especially the garlic herb (18 crackers for 120 calories), yogurt, fruit, cottage cheese, or a bowl of cereal...it mostly depends on balancing everything with what I'm eating for my main meals (for example, if I need more protein I'll go for cottage cheese over a carb).

I just bought some things for snacks. Because during snack times I am in class so I need something to just grab and go. I bought a huge container of peanuts. I am going to put them in little baggies so I just grab one and put it in a baggie and go to class.

"The beauty of the Gospel message is not that we shall not suffer, but rather that regardless of the level and intensity of our suffering, God is always there by our side, and will always give us the strength to stand and not fail. In fact I would go as far as to say that the most effective witness to the lost, is the life of a suffering Christian, that overflows with joy, peace and love, rather than bitterness and self-pity.
fruit/veggies, yogurt, cottage cheese. if i have a super sweet tooth, i chew fruity sugar-free gum. i dont go down the inside isles. i stay to the outside of the grocery store.
