I like chocolate and other sugary candies, diet pop (down to about 12 oz a day), and cheese.

Cheese. I'm trying to eat less and less of it but I am addicted to cheese for some reason. I have substituted in Light Laughing Cow Cheese when I want a chunk of cheese (much better for me!!) but I still like shredded cheese on things way too much.

I have one major one that no matter how hard I have tried I can't get rid of it. I just drink less of the pepsi.

I typically classify things like greens soaked hamhock(pork) or similar foods soul food or even sweet potato pie. I guess it varies from person to person.

A little soul-food here and there......there might be some pork foods I'd cut out completely though for the most part, I would totally eliminate anything.

Diet soda. My doctor says the carbonation in it makes people have puffy stomachs. Ideally we are supposed to be drinking tons of water. I can't get by without a couple of diet cokes in my day, though.

Hello everyone,

What are the 'bad' things you don't plan on cutting out of your diet completely? I know I couldn't give up chocolate for the rest of my life!

I can't fail if I don't quit.
