I have reached the 100 minutes of dancing. Is anyone interested in another challenge for October. A Few ideas are (1) use a youtube or video twice weekly (2) attend a weekly class (3) practice a move 5 minutes daily Just some ideas

I've really been lousy at practicing at home and I've been under-utilizing my DVDs, so my personal goal is 100 minutes of video-led dancing over the whole month. I'm not counting dance class minutes, because I'm already meeting my dance class attendance/participation goals. I'm guessing everyone will have their own goals; how's everyone doing?
I get about that in daily practice, but then a little more in class or at work or in rehearsal. Now that I'm doing Tap again, I'm leaving about 45-60 minutes of the day for the practice. Tap is great cross-training for Oriental! Very grounded and knee-based. Love it!!
I luv this idea, however have no idea what is a reasonable goal. 100 minutes doesn't seem to ominous. I try to get to a 1 hour class each week but don't always make it. Perhaps this would be a good goal for Sept?
I'm out of state until June 21 so even thought I joined the team goals today I won't be able to start the dancing goal until I get home. My knees and back really limit my ability to move, but I love dancing sooooooooooooo much I'm going to dance through my pain to the extent my body will let me. It will be much more fun than the treadmill If I put it on my iPod I'll move while I'm doing housework or cooking - bonus movements.
