Dorothy! 90 minutes is AWESOME! I have fallen out of the habit of daily exercise :(
Today I helped Sabrina build a door and hang it. It involved only a little bit of exertion. Nothing that I would count as exercise.
EJ you are CERTAINLY exercising. MOVING BOXES will count on the cardio tracker.

I am running from one end of the store where I work to the other end for about 5.5 hours out of my day.
I lift heavy totes full of product and I am constantly bending over to pick items up.
