For this weekend's challenge -
1. Stop by a Team Member's spark page and say hello.
2. Spring is upon us! If your neck of the woods is having nice weather (no rain storms or snow), fill your water bottle up, grab some healthy snacks (or pack a picnic hehe) and head out for a nice walk or hike.

Remember the point of the weekend challenges are to keep moving even on the weekend. Everyone may be at different fitness levels and that's ok :) do what you're comfortable with and adjust/modify exercises to your fitness level.
