It's the last weekend of the month! Where has the time gone?
This weekend's challenge is a mix of things, nothing overwhelming *g*
1. This weekend set some time aside to plan your goals for the coming month and put them down on paper or in a blog so that you always have something to remind you when you have one a rough day.
2. Get some exercise in 20-30 minutes Cardio (can be more if you like), don't forget to mix in some strength training to round out your exercising.
3. In all the goings on of this weekend don't forget to set sometime aside for yourself to just catch your breath and get ready for the coming week.
