A record 14 days AF for me in February, and it was a short month! The scale finally started to move when I started to commit to more AF days. Coincidence? Nope! I'm excited for March, and hope to beat this personal best. Good luck everybody!

I'm with CAPECODBABE as far as definitions go - MOD for me is 1-2 drinks, 3 or more is DD.
Sadly I can't say I learned my lesson yet.

My Goal: At least 23 AF days this month
